Reporting on Candidates and PreScreen Questions

Is it possible to create a report that has the candidates tied to a requisition and the prescreen questions with the candidates' answers and only have 1 record per candidate?  If the requisition has more than 1 prescreen question, the report is producing multiple lines per candidate.  I have tried creating expressions for the questions so that they are pulled into the report as column headers with the associated answers in the report data, but I am still getting multiple lines per candidate.  I have also tried adding a filter to the report to only show the prescreen question expression results
