we would like to customize the section in the career tab according to the role of the user

Hello,

we would like to customize the section in the career tab according to the role of the user. In detail we opend a sendbox in order to customize the sections but there is the possibility to only hide\show the sections. what we would like to do is to customize the section "EXPLORE ROLES" in the career tab in order that only the employee can't see it while manager and HR yes.

Could you please help us in this matter,
