Storing of Benefit Related Documents in HCM

Summary

Does anyone know if we are able to use HCM as a document libary to house benefit related support documents?

During enrollment, we currently insert links that point to our PDF files that contain additional information for our employees during enrollment.  These URLs point to our Intranet.  Examples of some of the documents could be rate sheets, SPD plan documents, etc.  Does anyone know if we can put these types of documents directly into HCM vs storing on our intranet?  Thx.
