Hi everyone,

We are struggling with our employee referral program - employees think it is too difficult of a process.   Yes, we know there is social sourcing but we do not want to use that and did not renew it as part of our last contract.

I'm wondering if any of these things are possible:

For the general Refer a Friend link on the bottom of the career section (see screen print) - is there a way we can link to that somewhere else?   Can we move it to the top of the page?  Can we make the text larger, put a box around it, etc.?  We want to call it out.
