Can we customize subject of individual compensation notifications?

Subject of notifications related to individual compensation have a standard text of the form "Individual Compensation Award Approval Requested for Denzel Washington, J123456 (2018-08-28) by Naveen Cruise" irrespective of the plan/option name. Customer did like to make it flexible so that approvers know what is it related to. 

Is it possible to make the subject dynamic? Appreciate your help.
