EBS Payroll to HCM Integration - Error when clicking Import HCM Cloud Data

Hello!!!!

I am trying to establish a connection between EBS Payroll Instance with HCM Cloud.  I am following the steps as specified in the Oracle_EBS_Payroll_Integration_with_HCM_Cloud.pdf.  I have completed the steps 1, 2, 3 as mentioned in Page 17 of the above guide.

The Step 4 (Import Reference Data Mapping) throws an error message (screen shot attached).  

Please guide me if I am missing anything.
