Benefits deductions with Terminations
Summary
Benefits deductions with TerminationsContent
We need to understand how to set our benefit elements to end with terminations based on our policy. Our company takes the insurance deductions/elements based on the coverage dates. For example: if an employee terms 4/20/2018, their medical coverage ends 4/30/2018. We do not take the medical element deductions on the 5/4/2018 paycheck/payslip even though the payperiod is 4/15/2018-4/28/2018.
Currently these insurance deductions/elements are being taken. How do we set our elements so that they don't?
