Can an alternate approver approve or reject a compensation worksheet within the Workforce Compensation area

Is the only way an alternate approver can approve the compensation worksheet is through the email notification?  This isn't sufficient as the notification only displays a summary and the approver would need to the details for each individual employee.  Am I missing something?
