Summary

Checklists are useful for remembering to do the tasks that we know we should do, but regularly forget or gloss over, AT OUR PERIL.

Content

For customers implementing Oracle Payroll in the Cloud, there are two checklists available.  They come from the combined experience of  customers, Oracle, and our SI partners.   Each checklist describes the tasks with some  "words to the wise" about  each checklist item.  There is space to document status and deliverables recommended for each task or milestone.  -

Payroll Go-Live Readiness Checklist - This checklist outlines tasks that are applicable to any payroll implementation and they are particularly beneficial in the Cloud.  There are 15 items to confirm, check off from tracking sign off from 3rd parties for  outbound interface files, to having a tracking score board for Parallel match results.  Hoping you adopt this checklist as a best practice and that you have an "uneventful" go-live.
