New hires are blocked in "Stuck" status for no reason

Dear community,

 

We encounter a problem that is impacting more and more our business, and unfortunately so far even the support could not provide us with a solution.

For certain hires, the transaction stays in status "Stuck" (see attachment) in the Transaction Console, for other it is in status "Failed" in the main transaction panel but when you have a look at the details of the transaction it is "In Progress" (see attachment) ==> The result is always the same : these people cannot be hired although we try again and again to hire them. 

Inside the transaction details, always the same message (see attachment ):
