Social Insurance calculation for UAE

Summary

How to change the list of elements considered for calculating the social insurance contribution.

Content

Currently, the social insurance contribution ( UAE) for employer as well as employee is calculated on Net pay whereas it supposed to be calculated on Gross pay only.

We found that, the list of elements considered for this contribution amount is defined in the balance definition "Subject to Social Insurance".

All the Earnings, Absence and Information type elements are existing as balance feed for this balance definition. System allows us to remove the extra elements and keep only the Gross salary related elements.

Question - Is this balance definition used for Social Insurance calculation only ? And removal of many elements from this balance feed will impact any other area / formula ??
