Trying to find a quick and efficient way to delete onboarding activities for terminated employees


I am looking to delete any outstanding onboarding activities for terminated employees. Once the employee is converted to "terminated" I am asked if I'd wish to delete the packet, however we want to keep record of any activities that were completed prior to their departure. When prompted; is it asking to delete the outstanding activities or the whole packet (completed ones included). If this is the case, is there a quick and efficient way to delete any outstanding activities, rather than going in and doing it one by one?
