    Dear Experts,

    We have 2 UDF's for referrer where referrer confirms that he/she is providing a confirmation that he/she knows the candidate he/she is referring (these fields appear in the referrer flex fields). We are creating a report where we pull the Referrer information along with the candidate information along with the OLF of the requisition and the 2 referrer flex fields. 

    In the report I have noticed that in some cases the referrer flex fields is returning empty while in some cases the referrer flex fields have values. What could be the reason for this? How can this issue be resolved?
