User Not Receiving GL Approval Emails

At times some users will have issues and not receive approval emails. How can I see what emails a Users receives?Content
When a user raises an issue such as not receiving email approvals, it can be very challenging to trouble shoot as I have no visibility into what emails they are receiving. Are there any security roles that I could grant that would allow me some visibility into the emails that are sent and associated with a particular transaction?
