Fast Formula Array - Possible to Order Alphabetically?

Summary

We need to loop through a FF array in alphabetical order

Content

in a fast formula we need to build a variable that is a concatenation of different values and they must be in alphabetical order.  I have placed pertinent code snippets from an existing FF we have in the "Code Snippet" text box.  In the table being accessed for the employee there are multiple rows but they have different categories.  We are hoping that we could order the data in the array alphabetically by PER_PERSON_EIT_ALL_PEI_INFORMATION1.  Does anyone have any thoughts on how that can be done?
