Issues with Worklist functionality after R13 upgrade

We are having a number of issues with the functionaltiy of the BPM worklist after upgrading to R13.

We upgraded to R13 (18B) over the past weekend.  Our approvers are having the following issues when working in their BPM worklist:

1. Requisitions needing approval are not able to be pulled up in the worklist.

2. Approvers in an Approval Group are no longer able to use CTRL+click to highlight several requisitions to claim.

3. When scrolling to the bottom of the workflist, approvers receive an error message and cannot scroll to the very bottom to find the older items in order to approve them.
