Benefits Enrollment Select button issues
Summary
Benefits Enrollment Select button issuesContent
During self service enrollment, when users click the SELECT button next to a benefit plan they would like to elect, it does not automatically unselect the SELECT button next to Waive. We are unsure why this is happening. This is only happening for FSA and Suppl life insurance plans.
For health plans (medical, dental, vision), if someone selects a new coverage option it automatically deselects the coverage they had. Not sure why this isn't like this for our other benefit plans.
Any ideas?
