Individual compensation notification delivered twice causing financial impactContent
We have configured two levels of approvals for a certain individual compensation plan. After the 2nd approval, an FYI notificaiton goes to our payroll mailbox along with the complete history
of approvals for reference along with task #.
Our payroll then loads the attachment from this FYI notificaiton into our external payroll system to process payments during payroll run.
As shown in the screenshot, the 2nd level approver approved on 8/29/2018 at 9:28 am and FYI notificaiton was sent to payroll mailbox.
Business has reported that they received the FYI email again somewhere between 9/5/2018 to 9/17/2018 along with same attachment. I verified that task # is also same as before.
