Bill Management Registering Customers
SummaryTo register customers the user needs to access set up and maintenance which is against segregation of duties good practice.
We are very excited to to make use of R13's Bill Management functionality .
This requires the credit control clerk to go to "Manage Bill Management Registration" task to register the customer contact . This requires the the credit controller to have access to set up and maintenance. This far too much access for a credit controller to have!!
Is it expected that the sysadmin registers all the customers? potentially thousands!!
Am I missing some role privilege to allow Credit controller access ?
