Create A Requisition Summary Report Using The "Changed By" Field

Hi - 

Under the Requisition Summary field within the candidate profile, it lists the workflow timeline (date, status, time in status, comments, changed by).

I would like to create a report that lists the "changed by" name within that field along with date, time in status, etc.

I looked, but I don't see an option to add "changed by" to a report.

Any ideas/suggestions?
