Is there a way to check all the IB emails received by OEC?

Is there a way to check all the IB emails sent to OEC?

Why is it important? 

Currently, we don't have an option to check why SR is not created for the emails.  So, I am looking for a place which can be treated as log for all incoming emails to OEC
