My sales process is: Lead> Opportunity> Quote (CPQ). My Prospects and Clients are physical persons (B2C). And I will have CDM
What happens if I use the Contact object without using Account? Am I missing something by not using the Account object?
For example: CPQ is available in Opportunity and Accounts (but not in Contacts). But from Contacts, I can create an Opportunity and register a Quote. May l? it's possible?
Are there other functionalities I can lose by not using Accounts?
