I have an EEO audit report which is supposed to search all requisitions that are "sourcing" for specific verbiage within the "Qualifications (External) (1st Part) (BL)" field. We have filters setup to only return requisitions that are missing any of the EEO taglines. Error is the field is only returning 145 characters, but it should be returning 350+. Every requisition that is sourcing is currently being returned because the text that is populated is not complete and therefore missing the EEO taglines. Is there a formula that will ensure that all data is returned? Other suggestions on how to repair this issue?
