Best Practice for Employee - Candidate accounts link
Summary
Converting the candidate account to employee then disassociating the employee-candidate link when terminatedContent
Hi All,
Below are my questions,
1. Firstly i want to know what does the User Account type - "Operator" mean?
2. Please clarify if all the user accounts created as employees (during Go-Live stage when we upload user accounts) will be marked as internal candidate (home icon) in Candidate section?
3. I understand when an Onboarding process is started for a candidate a user account of type Onboarding (Transitions) is created. How do you convert this user account into a proper Employee account without having duplicates in Candidates section?
