BEWARE!!!

Known bug bug 27900895 (known to Oracle!) means that if you update a customer profile class it turns the preferred invoice delivery method to Null, which means all invoices are printed and not emailed to customers. All we did was add a new automatch rule!

This is a disaster as there is no way to bulk upload this field apart from using FBDI to upload all 50000 customers data from scratch again .(btw just to complicate things even further  the FBDI templates don't match the base tables).
