Can we exclude Absence Type from Work Schedule

Hi Team,

We have below requirement.

We have our 5 day work schedule which has all absence type associated to that work schedule. We want to create new absence type and we want that to be exclude from our existing 5 day work schedule because new absence type would for shift allowance and in that people will work 7 days for that we might get create new 7 days work schedule, as people are working on weekends as well in shift.

So this is our requirement, is this possible to exclude absence type from work schedule?
