OIC - Disable User Password Expiry

Why Password expiry cannot be disable for specific user in OIC

We need to have same username and password for both in ICS and ERP Cloud to make the integration with fusion and callback works and till ICS oracle development team was able to disable the password expiry for specific users on request, however in OIC since last 3 months they are not. Why is so?

One cannot keep on updating passwords in both environments after every 3 months and re-activate all the integrations.
