Running Reports - Anyway To Save Existing Parameters?

Want to avoid having to select parameters each time when I want to run an updated report

Hi - 

I have several reports that I have "scheduled" that have the parameters I want to use already selected.

When I want to run an updated report, I have to go into the report and select the parameters I want to use again.

Is there a way to avoid doing this each time....I may have several parameters I need to select for a report...and I don't want to make a mistake and maybe click or not click one of the parameters.
