Can you use TCC to load DAR Functional Roles

We would like to know if it is possible to load the assignees and the organizations

Our recruiting team has to decided to use DAR.  They currently manage their requisition approvers via spreadsheet. The hope is that we can also use TCC to load/update the assignees and organizations for the functional roles.  Is it possible to load/update assignees and the organizations for the functional roles for DAR via TCC?
