We recently worked on requirement for calculating working hours ( Exclude weekends which starts from 5:00 PM
Friday and ends at 9:00 AM Monday) between two dates in Taleo Recruiting Subject Area / OTBI.
Calculate the hours (excluding weekends from 1700 on Friday until 0900 on Monday) between date requisition approved
and date posted. E.g. If a requisition is approved Friday 1st October at 6pm and posted on Tuesday 5th October at 6pm
this would count as 33 hours. If a requisition is approved Friday 1st October at 6 pm and posted on Wednesday 6th October
