Manager is not able to approve Goals, on Employee page it is showing pending for approval

Hi All,
When Manager is going to approve goals for employee for them also it is showing Pending for approval. Ideally it should show approve goals
Navigator > My team > Goals>Employee name
Did anyone face this type of issue? We have not used any custom worflow for approval, we are using seeded one
