Hi,

We have couple of requirements in Employee's Talent Profile :-

1. There should be some SLA defined on the updation of Employee's Profile. Like Employee Profile should be renewed every 3 months and system should send email notifications asking Employee's to update

2. For each Employee, system should show that how much percentage of profile is completed? He must get reminders for profile completion.

I think both these are not possible in current versions of HCM Cloud. Can anyone suggest of any alternative in SAAS or even PAAS?
