Hi,

In the Oracle Workforce Rewards Cloud Release 13 (updates 18A - 18C) What's New document it states that there is improved performance when you export worksheet information using the Worksheet Export; and the steps to enable are to install the Desktop Integrator.  My question is - is it mandatory that we must install the Desktop Integrator in order to continue to export worksheet data to Excel (meaning we can choose not to take advantage of the enhanced performance by not installing the desktop integrator)?  The reason I ask this is - we cannot install software which has not been pre-approved
