Hello,

Has anyone ever faced the following issue ?

Several countries have expressed the following need: when they post requisitions, they receive so many applications (thousands and thousands).

When the requisition is filled and the candidate is hired, there are so many candidates that have applied to the position, many of them have been rejected however could be matched to other requisitions because they were in the final shortlist for example.

Our business people would like to have a system which would allow them to retrieve mass good candidates via some automated research criterias applied among the declined candidates.
