Hello-

We are implementing HCM Cloud and need to comply with with federal (higher ed specific) reporting requirements for HR section of IPEDS.  Any higher ed clients out there who have dealt with this and can advise on the additional fields you added in order to meet the import file specifications? 

We are also finding that standard fields such as race and ethnicity are not compliant for federal reporting purposes out of the box and will need to be modified.
