FBDI error for Customer Contact Role -CUST_ACCOUNT_ROLE_ID is invalid

While using FBDI to load Customer Contacts we are facing with an error where by it does not role the Customer Contacts at all and shows the error under the Customer Contact Roles saying that "The value in the column CUST_ACCOUNT_ROLE_ID is invalid. You
must enter a valid CUST_ACCOUNT_ROLE_ID from table
HZ_CUST_ACCOUNT_ROLES."
