Absence: Submission Email contains no information

edited Sep 5, 2020 12:33AM in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI) 2 comments

Summary

The auto generated 'Submitted' email contains no information and is followed by the FYI email which details the submitted data for validation by the employee

Content

Our employees have escalated that they receive three emails on submitting a request:

Submitted - which contains no information

FYI - which contains the detail of the request

Outcome - approve or reject.

We have an SR (3-17315836651) opened for the blank submitted notification but wondered how other companies were dealing with this in the interim, are you just telling employees to ignore it?

Thanks

Jenny
