Mid year review task in annual appraisal process

Summary

Would like to include a mid year review task in annual appraisal process flow

Content

Hi,

Needs some thoughts around the annual appraisal process flow. The requirement goes as follows -

There is an annual appraisal process where the goals are set by the employee, self-evaluation, managers evaluation, approval, review meetings and then closure. All these activities take place across the year. Somewhere by mid year, HR would like to include a checkpoint task to ensure that employee and line manager have discussed the ongoing goals and have closed the gaps if any (By adding, deleting or modifying the existing goals in the appraisal document)

Howdy, Stranger!
