SEPA - ESS unable to input bank details of another country

Employees in a SEPA country are unable to input bank details where the bank is in another SEPA country e.g. UK and FR


We have an employee in France who has a bank account in the UK in to which they want to be paid their salary.

The HR team in France requested the bank be set up, however, due to the AORs are unable to view the bank.

The Employee is unable to input the bank details via ESS.

We will either have to not record the bank details in Oracle HCM for this employee and hold them direct in the payroll, or we will have to do an upload for this one employee (which worked during recent data conversion).
