Now that we're on R13, I expected some changes related to org goals, based on documentation and posts on this forum that I've seen.  I'm going through an initial pass of configuring goals for 2019 and am stuck on how to proceed. 

In the past, I have created org goals (using the Desktop integrator/spreadsheet loader tool within the Administer Goals task) which show in the Goals Shared with Me section.  The org goals are created for each level 2 leader in the company (we have 6 of these leaders, and each has 3-4 unique goals), and then every employee who rolls up to that leader sees those specific goals in the Goals Shared with Me section (highlighted in screenshot below). They are there for employees to review, and if they wish to add them to their own goal plans, they can.  We do
