Configuration difficulty level?

Can an HRIS analyst use the implementing guide to configure?

Content

Hello!

We're about to embark on a project to look at the feasibility to switch from Taleo to ORC.

As ORC is new I'm going to make an assumption that is it not as big or feature rich of an application as Taleo?

As such, hopefully we can build a liner recruitment pipeline of:

  1. Create Vacancy (attach approvals?)
  2. Post Vacancy
  3. Apply for job (as a candidate)
  4. Review application and create offer (attach approvals to offer?)
  5. Candidate accepts offer and completes onboarding
  6. Pending worker converted to hired employee

The updated 18C implementing hiring documentation is around 80 pages, using this, is it feasibly to configure the above journey? Will companies need an implementation partner?

Howdy, Stranger!
