The idea is to have the SSO as the main site to post our vacancies and for employees to referer external candidates. Once the employee generates the link or updates their social media status, if a candidate applies for a position through that link, wil be registered as the refered employee. This information only gets registered in the Social Sourcing Application. 

So far we have only implemented on the TEE because we haven't found a way of capturing the employee's number who created the referral link to the job post and recorded in the candidates profile back in Taleo.
