Stop performance process post manager evaluation

Stop managers Sharing and Releasing before calibration

As part of the Annual review process we would like to stop managers from progressing to Share & Release the Performance Document until after we have completed Calibration, which we are hoping to do in the Compensation module.

Is there anyway that we can hide the Submit button until after Calibration.

Does anyone do this and could anyone offer some advise on how we can do this please.
