Report showing new managers with direct reports

Hello,

We need a report that will show managers with direct reports and the effective date of when they had their first direct report assigned to them. This report would help in making sure new managers receive the appropriate training in a timely manner.

Any assistance you can provide would be great! I believe other businesses could greatly benefit from this report as well!
