We are a chemical distributor currently implementing Oracle Cloud. In our current non Oracle environment, Customer Service can enter new ShipTo addresses from the Order Management equivalent module. Our understanding is that currently all ShipTo Addresses must be entered from the Customer Master. Is there any way to allow someone to enter a one-time address directly from OM, and not force them to go to Customer Master? Another concern is master data risk; we do not want a CS rep to be able to change things like BillTo Addresses which they will be able to if given permissions to edit Customer
