R13 18C Issues with Manage salary page

after upgrade to 18c and quarterly patch issues with manage salary

Is anyone else seeing issues on the manage salary page for new hires and pay changes?  The system is rounding the annual salary and the annualized full time salary in the first column under current salary section?  They dont match what is under the component section (not rounded).  I have verified that our salary basis is saying 2 decimals.

I have submitted an SR.
