Hi.  My team is building a Performance Management BIP report and is seeking to include the following 7 fields.

I have seen a few Oracle tables related to this data.  Can anyone advise specifically which tables to go to, in order to get these fields?

(2) Goal Setting - Status

(3) Worker Self Evaluation  - Status

(4) Manager Evaluation  - Status

(5) Release to Associate  - Status

(6) Associate Acknowledgment - Status
