This is all too familiar topic/issue for many of you. We often get queries on why requisitions numbers don't appear to be in numerical sequence. There are two facets to this occurrence:

A. Bugs that do cause this to occur

B. Numbers are not skipped but the customer cannot conclude that to a certainty
