We use external source for planned order recommendations release. This results in the planned order recommendations to be released as a csv file and uploaded into UCM. Is there any table that would link the planned order recommendation and the file that is uploaded in UCM?

We are able to query the msc_supplies table for the planned order releases, but unable to link it to UCM files.
