Hi,

Does anyone know how the colour coding on the Impact of Loss legend on the Talent Review Meeting is determined; and can it be changed?  For example, the colour coding I see has a Low Impact of Loss as Red; a High Impact of Loss as Green (or similar colour); and a Medium Impact of Loss as Mustard.  See attached screen shot.
